PRIVACY POLICY

PT FLIK TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA, a private company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with NIB No. 0802220056351 (“ Flik ”) offers a payment service platform that facilitates efficient login and checkout processes for online shopping customers. Flik collects data about its businesses and customers (“ Data ”) when they use the platforms and services provided by Flik (collectively “ Services ”).

In this Privacy Policy, Flik sometimes refers to “ you ”. “ You ” may mean a visitor to one of Flik's sites, a user of one or more Flik Services (“ User ”), or a customer of a user (“ Customer ”). Flik will do its best to clarify who Flik refers to at various points in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party sites, products or services even where they link to the Flik Services, and you should pay close attention to the privacy practices of such third parties. If you do not agree with the terms described in this Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Flik Service and take the necessary steps to delete cookies from your computer device after leaving the Flik site or discontinuing the Flik Service.

The data that Flik collects depends on how the Flik Service is used. Sometimes Flik receives Data directly, such as when a Flik account is created or Flik receives an e-mail. In addition, Flik receives Data by recording interactions with Flik Services by, for example, using technologies such as cookies and web beacons. Flik also receives Data from third parties, such as Flik's financial partners or identity verification services. The collection and use of data from multiple sources is essential to Flik's ability to provide Flik Services – and to help secure the Services. Data is critical in helping Flik improve the security of payments on your network, and reduce the risk of fraud, money laundering and other malicious activities.

1. COLLECTED DATA

1. Personal data. Data that identifies, or can reasonably be used to identify, you as an individual, Flik refers to as “ Personal Data ”. Flik uses several means to collect Personal Data. For example, Flik collects Personal Data when a Merchant registers to create a Flik account, a Customer makes a payment or transaction through a Merchant's website or application, or when a Customer uses the “ Remember Me ” feature at Flik Checkout. Flik also receives Personal Data from various other sources, such as Flik partners, financial service providers, identity verification services, and other publicly available sources. Personal Data does not include Data that has been collected or anonymized so that it can no longer be reasonably associated with a particular individual. Personal Data that Flik can collect includes:
   1. Contact details, such as name, mailing address, telephone number, email address;
   2. Financial and transaction data, such as information related to credit or debit cards, and other information related to bank accounts; and
   3. Other Personal Data, such as date of birth, other identification officially issued by the government
2. Other data. Data that is not Personal Data, Flik calls it "Other Data". Flik collects Other Data through various sources. One of the sources of Flik's Other Data are cookies and other technologies that record Data related to the use of the Flik site, and the use of the Flik Service in general. Other Data that Flik collects includes:
   1. Browser and device data, such as IP address, device type, operating system and internet browser type, screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, plug-ins , add-ons , and version of the Services provided you use;
   2. Transaction data, such as purchases, purchase amounts, purchase dates, and payment methods;
   3. Cookies and tracking technology data, such as time spent on the Service, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data; and

Flik uses Data to provide optimal Services to Merchants and Customers and other purposes to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

1. To verify identity;
2. To evaluate requests to use Flik Services;
3. To process payments;
4. To develop new features and functions; and
5. To improve and modify the Flik Service.

3. DATA DISCLOSURE

Flik may share your Data with third parties, including:

1. Affiliate. Flik may share Your Data with parties that control Flik, are controlled by Flik or are under common control with Flik.
2. Service Provider. Flik may share your data with service providers who assist Flik in providing services, such as banks, payment method providers, other financial institutions.
3. Third party. Flik may share Your Data with third parties in connection with a restructuring, merger, acquisition and/or transfer.
4. Government Institution. Flik may share your data with authorized government agencies as part of Flik's efforts to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Law Enforcement Agencies and/or Courts. Flik may share your Data with law enforcement agencies and/or courts as ordered in the process of investing in a case.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Flik strives to optimally protect your Personal Data. However, we cannot guarantee that the transmission and storage of Personal Data can be 100% secure. If you have reasons that your interaction with Flik is no longer secure, please stop using Flik Services immediately and contact Flik immediately.

5. STORAGE PERIOD

Unless specifically stipulated in the applicable laws and regulations, Flik will retain Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. In the event that you no longer use Flik's services or you close your account, Flik will store certain data, to the extent permitted or ordered by applicable laws and regulations.

6. JURISDICTION AND CROSS-BORDER TRANSMISSION

Data may be stored and processed in countries where Flik operates or where Flik engages service providers, and Flik may transfer data to countries outside your country of residence, which may have data protection rules that are different from those in your home country. However, Flik will take steps to ensure that any such transmission of data complies with applicable data protection laws and that your Data remains protected by the standards set out in this Privacy Policy. In certain circumstances, courts, law enforcement officials, regulatory agencies or security authorities in these other countries may be entitled to access your Personal Data.

7. CHANGES AND NOTICES

Flik may make changes to this Privacy Policy. Any changes will take effect when they are posted on the Flik website. You have an obligation to review and review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you continue to use the Service after such changes are posted, you will be subject to and bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy.

Flik will provide notification to you regarding changes to the Privacy Policy, or if you are a User, Flik will provide notification via the available dashboard and/or your registered email address. Notifications are deemed to have been received within 24 (twenty four) hours since the posting of changes to the Privacy Policy on the Flik website, in the case of Users, sent via the dashboard or registered email.

8. APPROVAL AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By continuing to use the Flik Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy. And you agree to accept all the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. In the event that you provide Personal Data information to Flik, you have obtained consent to provide such Personal Data information to Flik to be shared, disclosed, stored, transferred and processed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

9. LANGUAGE

This Privacy Policy may be made in several language versions. In the event of a discrepancy between the Indonesian version and other language versions, the Indonesian version will prevail.
